Audit Partner, Crowe LLP

Mark is a Partner in Crowe’s national office. His responsibilities include supporting Crowe’s financial services audit practice on technical accounting questions, including issues related to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In this role, he devotes significant effort to the firm’s SEC audit practice – consulting on SEC rules and filing requirements, securities offerings, comfort letters, and comment letters. He serves as a designated liaison to the SEC on practice matters related to accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory issues.
