Steve Wagner is a partner in Crowe LLP's Texas Financial Services audit practice. Steve has been with Crowe since 2004, providing a variety of audit and consulting services to public and non-public companies with a principal focus of serving financial institutions. He has focused on technical accounting areas such as business combinations, credit-related matters, securities, and capital transactions. Steve has authored many accounting-focused articles and has been a frequent speaker at conferences on accounting and acquisition-related topics.
